So, specifically with the MOW material, I can see situations where you need to frequently modify the waybill of a captive service car. Maybe it would be beneficial to have a checkbox in the operations tab of the inspector to disable automatic renewal of the waybill, so once a step of the waybill is completed it defaults to -none- for that step.
For instance, if I notice that I’m running low on rails in a maintenance yard, I think I would typically want to just send one car off to get rails and come back. With the checkbox checked, as soon as it comes back and offloads the rails, the waybill becomes none/none, so I see a grey id bubble instead of one sending it back to the interchange.
