CR 55 Class No. 59 at Stirling.

Built at St. Rollox in June 1902 and withdrawn in Dec. 1936 as LMS No. 14604. Only nine of these handsome engines were built for use on the Callander and Oban line. They had a short driving-wheel wheelbase to cope with the curvature of the line and short tenders to allow use of the existing small turntable at Oban shed.
